Ruth E. Price
Ruth is Head of Strategy and Operations, Sr. Compliance Ops Advisor at Compliability Solutions LLC. She has devoted 40 years to the mortgage industry and is highly skilled in the operations and compliance functions of originations and servicing related to specific mortgage products and all loan types. Most recently Ruth served as a Senior Leader at Essex Mortgage building out the Default Team including Loss Mitigation, Pre-Foreclosure, Foreclosure, Post Foreclosure, Property Preservation, Default Reporting, Claims and REO. She also stood up the compliance management system for the servicing team which included implementing regulatory and process change management, policies and procedures, issues management and quality assurance testing.
Prior roles include eight years as Senior Vice President at Mr. Cooper and Community Loan Servicing where she managed a team of compliance professionals in executing Community’s compliance management systems comprised of written policies and procedures, regulatory and process change management, issues management, audit facilitation, and regulatory complaint review. She further managed the Customer Support team including intake of customer correspondence and written response to notice of error and requests for information. Ruth spent six years at Saxon Mortgage Services/Morgan Stanley as VP of Compliance, 10 years at EMC Mortgage Corp/Bear Stearns as AVP of Compliance and 10 years at BancPlus Mortgage as a Default Leader.
Renae Cobb
Renae Cobb serves as Head of Client Relations and Innovation and Senior Compliance Advisor at Compliability Solutions LLC. With over 25 years of experience in mortgage servicing compliance, she brings deep expertise across project management, remediation oversight, reporting analytics, business controls, process change, policy development, and audit/exam coordination. Renae is known for leading enterprise-wide implementation efforts and collaborating across all lines of defense to build sustainable frameworks for risk mitigation and quality assurance. Her strategic approach helps organizations proactively manage emerging risks while maintaining regulatory integrity. In her most recent role supporting Flagstar Bank, Renae oversaw internal and external audit coordination, regulatory issue management, and the monitoring and measurement of servicing-related business risks—ensuring compliance remained both rigorous and responsive.
Dana Dillard
Dana Dillard is a mortgage industry veteran who is currently President and Founder of DEI Plus Consulting where she focuses her energy on raising up the next generation of leaders. Having started her career as a call center agent at Lomas Mortgage in the 1980s, Dillard has taken that customer service foundation as she has moved into leadership roles with Bank of America (VP of Customer Service), EMC Mortgage (EVP Servicing), GMAC ResCap (SVP Servicing) as well as Mr. Cooper (EVP Corporate Social Responsibility).
The industry has recognized Dillard for her contributions with several acknowledgments including Housing Wire’s Women of Influence (2020), Five Star’s Laurie Maggiano’s Legacy Award (2020), and M Reports 25 Most Influential People in the Industry (2019). In addition to her consulting work, Dillard is an author (Jackfruit Leadership, 2023) and speaker on all things leadership.
Kim Hoffman
Kim Hoffman, CMB, AMP, is the President of Mortgage Connect Risk Solutions, a third-party due diligence firm that provides quality control and risk management services for the mortgage industry. With more than 35 years of experience in mortgage lending, Hoffman served previously as Head of Mortgage Operations for Sofi Bank. She has also held leadership positions at Envoy Mortgage, Sutherland Global Services, Mortgage Stanley Home Loans and RBC Bank. Hoffman’s extensive background encompasses all aspects of the mortgage business, including risk, compliance, credit, loan manufacturing, servicing and investor relations. Hoffman is a three-time winner of the HousingWire Woman of Influence Award, a two-time winner of Mortgage Women Magazine’s Women of Vision Award, a 2020 NEXT Powerhouse Award winner, and was named one of the Most Powerful Woman in Mortgage Banking by National Mortgage Professional.
Julie Baril
Julie is VP of Quality Control Manager for SWBC Mortgage Corp. Her career spans over 20 years from originating to underwriting and quality control management. Her role requires precise analytics to produce certainty with data-driven results and strong communication skills. She is a certified administrator on Aces Quality Software, a QC tech giant. Having capacity in various areas, she believes staying current on all quality/fraud trends, legislative updates/mortgage industry news as well as advocating for the industry is important. She is co-chair of both Connecticut Mortgage Banker’s Young Mortgage Professionals and Underwriting Committee. She is passionate about fraud detection and education on how to manufacture quality loans to sustain a thriving financial ecosystem.
Kelcey Davidson
Kelcey Davidson is the Chief Compliance Officer at Firstline Compliance. In her prior role, she utilized her fifteen years of experience in the mortgage industry to build Essex Mortgage’s compliance management system, from that of a small West Coast-based mortgage lender to a national lender and servicer. Her experience includes mortgage lending and servicing compliance management, examination and audit management, fair lending analysis, policies and procedures, process improvement, project management and compliance training development. With a firm belief that education and communication are critical to the foundation of a successful compliance management system, Kelcey has devoted her career to fostering knowledge and collaboration across all departments.
Wendy Lee
Wendy Lee joined LOGS Legal Group as Managing Partner. Prior to that she held roles as Shareholder and Chair of Fintech and AI practice group at Buchalter, and EVP and Chief Legal Officer of Sagent, a servicing technology provider. Wendy has been engaged as a legal executive in both mortgage servicing and technology for more than 25 years. During this time, Wendy has played the role of lawyer (Managing Partner at McCalla Raymer Liebert Pierce), consultant (in Deloitte’s Seattle office), servicer (inhouse lawyer with the former Washington Mutual Bank), start-up strategist, and even was a database architect way back when in her past life. In her role as Sagent’s Corporate Secretary, she was engaged in investor relations, budget and risk management. She was also the creator of the company’s first AI Ethics Committee.
She has been very intrigued by the impact of evolving AI/cybersecurity/data privacy laws on financial institutions and is honored to contribute to the movement and prevent the upcoming regulatory and legal changes from unnecessarily impacting innovation in consumer financial services. She is also focused on legal regtech and how technology is being created to comply with the rigorous privacy, cyber, and financial products regulations that govern modern fintech’s in the delivery of digital and online services.
Jocelyn Martin-Leano
Jocelyn was recently appointed as President at Selene Finance and is also the CEO/founder of Enizio Strategies LLC, a consultancy firm that equips leaders with solutions that align strategy, capital, operations, risks, compliance, talent, and culture. She advises on optimizing technology, data, digital transformations, and is at the forefront of AI/ML.
Previously, she was President of Rushmore Loan Management, COO of a mortgage insurance company and President of a home equity bank subsidiary. Jocelyn has also served on public company and non-profit Boards and was prior Chair of the National Mortgage Servicing Association.
Her credentials include: Director Certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), the Directors and Chief Risk Officers (DCRO) Institute’s Qualified Risk Director designation, plus Certificates in Risk Governance and Cyber Risk Governance. She also holds a Certificate in Private Company Governance from the Private Directors Association (PDA).
Jocelyn graduated from Harvard’s Advanced Management Program (AMP), and completed MIT Sloan’s program on AI and business strategy. Jocelyn is a frequent panelist at conferences on topics pertaining to mortgages, leadership and empowerment. She received the Lifetime Achievement Award 2024 from the FiveStar Institute and was voted Industry Titan for 2024.
