Kurt A. Clauser is a seasoned mortgage servicing leader with more than 30 years of experience in special loans, quality control, regulatory response, and operational risk management. Before joining Compliability Solutions, he held senior roles at Mr. Cooper, Bayview Loan Servicing, Capital One, Homeward Residential, and EMC/JP Morgan Chase, where he led large teams across ARM servicing, HELOC operations, SCRA administration, loan review, modification fulfillment, and acquisitions boarding.  

Kurt has directed major remediation initiatives involving hundreds of thousands of loans, strengthened compliance controls, reduced audit findings, and implemented automation and data‑driven processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. He is also an experienced servicing technology SME with deep knowledge of MSP and related data tools.  

Kurt holds a B.S. in Business Administration and has completed extensive professional training in compliance, leadership development, and quality management.

Juli Streeter is a seasoned mortgage and compliance professional with many decades of experience spanning regulatory oversight, asset management, and operational transformation. Her career includes leadership roles with Bayview Loan Servicing, Bayview Asset Management, and the FDIC, where she specialized in loss share programs, financial institution relations, and servicing performance optimization. 

As First Vice President at Bayview Loan Servicing, Juli directed servicing operations and compliance initiatives across complex portfolios, ensuring alignment with investor and regulatory expectations. During her tenure as Director of Financial Institutions at Bayview Asset Management, she led strategic partnerships and oversight for institutional clients, driving process improvements and risk mitigation strategies. Earlier, as a Senior Asset Manager with the FDIC, she served as a subject matter expert in loss share agreements, supporting capital markets and postresolution asset management. 

Juli is recognized for her ability to bridge regulatory requirements with operational execution, fostering collaboration between servicing teams, investors, and regulators. Beneva is known for her precision, reliability, and ability to translate highly technical servicing requirements into clear, defensible processes.

Most recently, Cathy served as Permits Coordinator at Sandlin Homes, LLC, where she compiled documentation for new home construction permits and supported the Accounting Department with invoice coding, reconciliation, and monthly reporting for the COO. Her role extended to special projects and cross-functional collaboration, demonstrating her adaptability and attention to detail. 

Prior to Sandlin Homes, Cathy held long-term administrative roles at Mr. Cooper, Community Loan Servicing, and Camden Property Trust. She provided high-level support to multiple executives, managed regional office operations, and played a key role in audit preparation, vendor coordination, and client communications. 

Cathy’s early career includes experience in bookkeeping, word processing, and executive assistance at Alpha Management and Security Management. Her broad skillset spans Microsoft Office 365, customer service, and process improvement, with a reputation for professionalism, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
