Rick Needles is a Senior Management Consultant and one of the firm’s Financial Services Advisory and Compliance segment leaders. He has more than 25 years devoted to planning, executing and leading quality and improvement initiatives.
As a leading authority on Quality Oversight and Initiatives, Rick has been a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality since 2001 and participated on Quality Panels for the Mortgage Bankers Association subcommittee on Risk and Quality Assurance. He has held certifications as a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, Six Sigma Blackbelt and Quality Auditing from the Society. A recognized expert in the development of end-to-end quality management systems for the mortgage industry he has worked with many financial institutions preparing for regulatory exams, developing remediation programs, and serving as quality liaison.
